Admissions Process & Enrollment Commitment

Our intent is for all enrolled families to commit to long-range educational goals and full completion of the program in which the child is enrolled, typically two to three years at the primary level. We prioritize enrollment based on this commitment in order to best support the child by providing a complete Montessori experience. 


Prior to acceptance, our school must be notified of individual needs we will be asked to serve. Individual needs may include but are not limited to physical, emotional and intellectual issues, medications your child is receiving, diet restrictions and/or allergies, behavior difficulties, or need for alternative learning tools. Prior to acceptance your child should be independently toileting at home and school, using the toilet on a consistent basis, and following directions in the toileting process. 


If you are interested in joining our wonderful classroom community, please contact us at and request a Parent Intake Form. If space is available, we will contact you to schedule a classroom tour. We do not go beyond having 10 children total in our classroom to ensure we stay within the required 1:10 adult to child ratio. If there is currently not an opening in the school, we can add your name to our waitlist for no additional fee and once a spot opens we can schedule a tour and if you would like to join you can fill out enrollment paperwork for admission and pay the tuition and fee at that time. 

Admissions Process Checklist

  6. Oregon Certificate of Immunization Status


Tuition includes art and science STEM projects and supplies, special annual classroom projects and twice daily organic snack.  There is a $500 refundable deposit which will secure your spot in the class. Only after being enrolled 1 full calendar year from start date and having submitted a written notice 30-days prior to leaving can this deposit be applied to your last month of tuition. We have a non-refundable $100 application fee.  There is no re-enrollment fee or supply fee.

Integrating New Students
We gradually integrate new students throughout the year as older children move up in the levels. Each new student begins on a gradual schedule and start date that we designate for them. This scheduling permits the child to gradually acclimate and allows the community in the classroom to adjust and receive the new member.

Re-enrollment occurs annually in April of each calendar year. When you re-enroll, we will ask you to update your child’s medical records, release forms, emergency contacts and other personal information. Your tuition account must be current with the school for your child to be eligible for re-enrollment.
