• Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (plus Friday 8:00 AM–12:30 PM): $1,405 per month

• Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM: $1,345 per month

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–12:30 PM: $995 per month

• Monday-Thursday |  Aftercare 3:00 PM- 5:00 PM:

  • 4-days $500 per month

  • 2-days $250 per month

  • Daily $35 per/day

Admissions Philosophy & Enrollment Commitment
Our intent is for enrolled families to commit to long-range educational goals and to complete the full Montessori Primary cycle, typically two to three years. We prioritize enrollment based on this commitment, as a complete Primary experience best supports a child’s academic, social, and emotional development.

 

Readiness & Disclosure Requirements
Prior to acceptance, families must notify the school of any individual needs we may be asked to support. This may include, but is not limited to, physical, emotional, or intellectual considerations; medications; dietary restrictions or allergies; behavioral concerns; or the need for alternative learning tools. Children must be independently toilet trained prior to enrollment. This includes using the toilet consistently at home and school and independently following toileting routines.

Holding a Space
In some cases, families may need to delay a start date due to age or toileting readiness. When space allows, Lovejoy Montessori can hold enrollment for families committed to joining the program. Holding fees may apply and are discussed individually during the admissions process. Full details are provided in the Community Handbook.

How to Apply
Lovejoy Montessori enrolls no more than 10 children. We welcome inquiries whether or not space is currently available.

2. Schedule a classroom tour for you and your child. 

3. Complete enrollment paperwork:

• Child Enrollment & Authorization Form

• Contract Rate Agreement & Deposit/Fee

• Parent Handbook (signed receipt)

• Oregon Certificate of Immunization Status

Waitlist spots are available at no cost when enrollment is full.

Tuition & Fees
Tuition includes art and science STEM projects and materials, gardening, baking activities, special annual classroom projects, and twice-daily organic snacks. A one-time $600 enrollment fee is due when the Contract & Rate Agreement is signed. There are no annual supply fees and no re-enrollment fees.

 

Integrating New Students
New students are thoughtfully integrated throughout the year as older children move on. Each child begins on a designated start date, allowing time to acclimate while supporting the balance and rhythm of the classroom community.
